Why won’t my leads synchronise with the portal even though I have an internet connection?

If using a venue Wi-Fi connection, you may need to sign up and agree to their internet terms and conditions in order to gain internet access.

This can generally be done by opening your device browser which will prompt a sign up screen to appear.
