Clickin the side menu to view your events.
On this page, you can:
- Add a new event to the web portal (The Visit Connect web portal is where you manage your accounts, licences and leads) by clicking the plus button Now enter any type of licence code from the new event (see Add a new event).
- Choose the event from which you want to view data in the web portal. Switch between events by clicking once on the event to highlight the choice.
In Visit Connect, you can see the event logo of the currently selected event at the top of the side menu, to help you identify which event you are viewing.
If you see data that is unexpected after selecting, then make sure you have selected the correct event
If your data is missing from your event, then refresh the browser.
