Yes. If you want to exploit the full potential of Visit Connect, you should do these things before the event:
create your account for the Visit Connect web portal (The Visit Connect web portal is where you manage your accounts, licences and leads), where you can view and manage your leads (A lead is a person who represents a sales opportunity for your company);
- assign scan licences so that your stand personnel (Stand personnel means: the people who represent your company inside your stand or booth at the event) can collect leads with the Visit Connect app;
- set up custom questions in the web portal to gain more insight from your leads;
- set up lead collection targets to measure and monitor your performance.
