You can view and manage your account details on the
page.Click Edit to change your details:
NOTE: After modifying your account details, don't forget to click Save to confirm the changes!
There are various sections you can edit. The Personal details section contains your name and contact information:
You can change any of these details, including your email address. However, bear in mind that we will use your email address for important communication about your account, such as when you reset your password.
The Account details section contains information about your account credentials, account type, and account permissions:
As a Standard user, you can only change a few of these details. You can:
- change your Username;
- click Change Password (see Change your account password);
- add notes about your account in Comments field.
This is generally only useful for Admin users managing multiple accounts.
If you are a Standard user, the Events that this user can access:
page also contains a section calledThis list shows which events you can view and modify through the applications selected under Account details. Only an Admin user can add or remove events from this list.
If you are an Admin user, you will not see the Events that this user can access section. This is because Admin users have access to all the events of their organisation by default.
