Unless otherwise advised, pre-ordered barcode scanners (A barcode scanner is a hand-held device used to scan visitor badges, among other things) will be available from the Visit Connect desk at the event, either during build-up or on the first day. At the Visit Connect desk, you will also be able to get the standard question and answer sheets, which you can use if you have not created your own custom questions (see Managing questions).
You can return to Visit Connect desk with the scanner to download your collected data during the course of the event. After your return the scanner at the end of the event, your collected lead (A lead is a person who represents a sales opportunity for your company) data will be downloaded one last time. In most cases, your leads will appear in the portal within 1 hour after returning your scanners.
