If you are using barcode scanners to collect leads (A lead is a person who represents a sales opportunity for your company), you record answers to questions with a special answer sheet (see Record a lead's answers to questions with a barcode scanner).
On the other hand, if you are using the Visit Connect app, question lists are automatically loaded and appear in your app when you scan a new lead and you can enter the answers directly in the app. Keep in mind that new question lists will only appear on the app after you've been online while the app is running to allow for a data sync.
There are two types of sheets, based on the two types of questions: standard and custom (see Managing questions). We've included examples of each type of sheet to help you understand.
