NOTE: Only an Admin user can complete this task. See Account permissions explained for information about account types.
If you want to suspend a user's access without deleting their account, you can disable it instead.
- Click .
- Double-click on the account in the list to edit it.

In the Status field, select Disabled.
- Click Save.
The next time the user tries to log in, they receive this message:
You can restore the user's access by changing their account status back to Active.
