Just tap the button for adding leads (A lead is a person who represents a sales opportunity for your company) so that the app activates your camera. Now you can scan the QR code on the lead's badge.
Depending on your app settings, you can tell when the lead has been successfully scanned by a vibration or sound. If doesn't work to scan the badge you can also manually enter the new lead's 15-character code, from the ENTER CODE tab.
After adding the lead you can then enter answers to question or make other notations about the person. Also, with a licence activated, you'll be able to see the collected lead information in both the app or the Visit Connect web portal (The Visit Connect web portal is where you manage your accounts, licences and leads).
