When you create a new document in the Document Designer, one of the first things you need to do is to select a template. There are 7 templates available – they are listed in Table 3‑2 Document templates available in Document Designer.
You should choose a template that suits your printer and paper type. Some templates can be printed using a regular full-size printer, while other templates are only suited for smaller, ‘thermal’ printers.
Note that the availability of the ‘mirror’ function in the Document Designer depends on which template you choose. Read more about this function in Advanced Document Designer functions.

If your document design contains a standard logo, consider printing on headed paper to save costs.
