Single sign-on

Visit Partner uses the "Exhibitor Account" model that is also used by Visit Connect. Under this model, exhibitors create an account once and then use it across many events. Exhibitor Accounts created for Visit Connect can be used for Visit Partner and vice versa.

If your company has its own online exhibitor portal, you can link it to Visit Partner and Visit Connect to create a 'single sign-on' experience. This means your partners log in to your portal once and can then switch to Visit Partner or Visit Connect and back again, without having to separately log in to each application.

Setting up 'single sign-on' requires some one-time setup on your side. You will need to place a script on your server. This script should pass along a 'shared key' to our system whenever a partner logs in to your portal, authenticating them to our system.
