Exports

You may want to export your data from Visit, for analysis or import into other systems. Exports from the system include lists of Visitors or of Partners, Action Codes, and for Partners also the import template and scan licences.

Here are some features of exports:

• New file format- Visit exports to the Excel format, with xlsx as the file extension. We've updated to this newer Excel file format in June 2018, so keep this in mind when re-importing the information to another system.
• Big exports- if the number of records exceeds the Excel row limit of 65553, additional worksheets will be added to the file.
• A single event- you can export from only one event at a time. You need to select the event for the export option to be enabled.
