Monitor Registrations

You can view a lists registrants (both Visitors and Partners) in real-time via the Service Centre to track your event registration.  If you wish, you can configure the display to fit your preferences/

1. Select Service Centre
2. Select the tab for Visitors or the tab for Partners, depending on which type of registration you wish to check.
3. If the list is too long, then you can narrow it down using a Search query

4. If the lists do not display the information exactly how you want, you can make the following changes:

   • the columns displayed by clicking the settings button
   • sort the column by clicking a column header
   • change the column width

   The display changes are remembered if you wait at least 5 seconds before leaving the screen.

By default, Visitor lists display only Visitors with the registration states, ‘Registered’ or ‘Visited’ but you can change the display to show other registrants – even those who have not fully completed the registration process. See section Query Visitors.

If you have already selected an Event, that Event will automatically be pre-selected when you select Service Centre. If you have not chosen an Event, the Service Centre will display visitors for all Events until you choose an Event.
