- In the Service Centre, select the desired visitor and click .
- Select the event for which you want to create an order.
- Select the Orders tab.
Click Create new order. A shop page appears.
If the list contains an order with the status Ordering, you will automatically begin editing that order, rather than create a new one.
- Add the desired items to the shopping cart as if you were the visitor.
- When finished, click Close.
- The new order appears in the list with the status Ordering.
The registrant must complete the order through their registration form within 60 minutes of its creation. If the total order value is zero (and thus requires no payment), you can also open the form yourself and complete the order on their behalf.
