‘Privacy Policy’

'Privacy Policy' is a System level Question, designed to allow you to include a link to your organisation's Privacy Policy, and also to gain consent for the collection and use of your registrants' personal data.

You can add it to any page you want. Remember to select the Required behaviour for the question when adding the page to a registration form.

When reviewing the registration details for a Visitor, in the Service Centre, you can later review that person's status for giving consent to the Privacy Policy. If they gave consent during the registration process then you can both view when and whether the  Privacy consent box checked, as in the screen shot below. You cannot change the Privacy Policy check box value or date associated with it, just view it.
