Advanced layout features can be added to both answers and questions. Select the ‘HTML’ checkbox and click Edit. A simple HTML editor will open. See section Advanced Coding for more details.

If you want to use multiple languages, you should set this up in Translations before you start designing the questions – this will save the re-work of having to edit each Question to add in any additional Translations. Also, remember to enter the question AND answer in each Translation. If this is not done, blank gaps will appear during the registration process.
