Locations are important for your EventBox configuration. See Locations for more information. Use these steps to add new locations:
- On the Dashboard, select Onsite > Onsite settings.
- Click Locations.

Click Add.
- Enter a Name.
- Select a Type. Click
for information about the different types. See also Locations.

If you selected the type Gate, select a Direction. (The Direction field is disabled when you select Area.)
The directions of your gate locations are important for calculating how much time visitors spend at your event – see Dwelling time.
- Click Save.
